Olivier Demaria holds a PhD in Immunology from Aix-Marseille University and completed his postdoctoral training at the Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy in France, followed by the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) in Switzerland.

He joined Innate Pharma in 2016, where he held scientific leadership positions across discovery, preclinical development and clinical translational studies. In this role, he developed recognized expertise in innovative multispecific antibody approaches, including cell engagers, particularly those designed to mobilize NK cells.

An author of numerous scientific publications in high-impact journals, his work has contributed to the development of therapeutic strategies based on the modulation of innate immunity in immuno-oncology, inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders.

He has served as Chief Scientific Officer of Valerio Therapeutics since March 1, 2026.
