Lucile Dez is HR & Administrative Director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS.

She began her career as an HR and organizational consultant within consulting firms in Paris and Tours, where she supported a wide range of organizations for several years, including large corporations, SMEs, start-ups and non-profit organizations.

In this role, she worked on various assignments related to HR structuring, organizational design, change management, employee relations and managerial support.

Building on this consulting experience, Lucile Dez then moved into operational roles, holding transversal HR Manager positions covering human, organizational and administrative topics. She currently supports the structuring and growth of Valerio Therapeutics, with a pragmatic approach focused on performance, quality of execution and human impact.
