Valerio Therapeutics announces governance changes
At a meeting held on 20 February 2025, the Board of Directors of Valerio Therapeutics (‘Valerio Therapeutics’ or the ‘Company’) (Euronext Growth Paris: ALVIO) took the following decisions relating to the governance of the Company:
- Cooptation of Mr Antoine Barouky who, in addition to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the Company at the end of 2024, is appointed Director of the Company in place of Mr Khalil Barrage who has resigned;
- Cooptation of Mr Jacques Mallet as a Director of the Company in place of GammaX Corporate Advisor, which has resigned;
- Appointment of Mr Jacques Mallet as Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Mr Julien Miara who remains a Director of the Company;
- Confirmation of Mr Julien Miara’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
