Onxeo continues its activities
during the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear shareholders, dear partners,

In these difficult times, I would like to extend our best wishes to you and your family for your health and safety, and to inform you of the steps our company has taken to ensure that our business continues to operate.

Onxeo activated its "Business Continuity Plan" on March 12, 2020. It covers the entire company and all our activities continue to be carried out in accordance with the rules imposed by health authorities.

Preventive measures have been implemented since March 16 to protect our employees and adapt work organization:

• - The IT infrastructure has been adapted to allow all employees to work remotely.

• - The laboratory's essential activities are carried out by rotating teams in compliance with barrier measures.

• - All travel and physical meetings have been suspended.

• - All physical meetings have been replaced by telephone or internet conferences, including those with third parties.

All our teams are mobilized to implement, in this new remote mode of operation, the activities of our business plan. You can contact us as you normally do, by mail, e-mail or telephone at the same numbers. We all remain contactable and all our activities continue at this stage.

We are aiming to turn this unusual period into an opportunity, in particular to prepare and implement the key activities that will allow us to resume the normal course of events, as efficiently as possible, when the time comes.

We will not fail to keep you regularly informed of the progress of our current and future projects.
